The product which is now in your hands is taken from high quality leather which is so expensive because it is natural. Lines which are observable in leather products are a part of its nature. Such patterns indicate the originality which makes the product appear special and beautiful. Since making deficiencies in producing products is unexpected due to applying the highest standards in the process of production, but in the case of its occurrence, the organization will make its best to find the problem and remove it. It is not possible to cancel the orders before goods delivery.

The conditions of guarantee, return and exchange is only possible according to “the cost payed in sales invoice by customer”. Exchange and return are possible in the case of not using the product.

Guarantee Conditions

1. The time of guarantee is 12 month after sales.
2. To use the conditions of guarantee, it is necessary to represent sales invoice (please take care of sales invoice to the end of guarantee time).
3. The transportation cost is on customer.
4. The following items are not included in guarantee:

Scratch, wrinkle, rupture and smash in leather as a result of unsuitable use, fittings discoloration, leather and nubuck discolor are not included in guarantee. Any repair out of Berooz Leather network excludes the product from guarantee.

Return Conditions 

1. All Berooz Leather products are returnable in the case of not using, at most to 48 hours after the date of goods delivery.
2. The return cost is on customer.
3. The cost of returned product is returned 3 to 4 working days after good delivery to warehouse of Berooz Leather.
4. In the case of making deficiencies in product by customer, it won’t be returned.

Exchange Conditions

1. In the case of any deficiencies in Berooz Leather products after purchase, the necessary measures will be taken according to the following conditions.
2. The product won’t be returned in the case of making deficiencies in product by customer.
3. The product will be exchanged in 4 working days in the case of not using after the date that customer receives the product.
